Designed for construction foremen and supervisors, this program is essential for thriving in today’s competitive market. Participants will learn how to take control of a project from day one, build productive habits and communicate effectively. The training covers the difference between leadership and management, strategies for coaching and mentoring teams and best practices for delegation. Attendees will also gain skills for handling difficult situations professionally, motivating employees, and maximizing the potential of today’s workforce.
SMACNA-Western Washington is pleased to offer specialized Foreman Upgrade Training, a 12-part series scheduled monthly throughout 2025. This training aligns with the terms outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and supports professional development for Foremen and Lead Foremen in our industry.
