Gallup CliftonStrengths makes collaboration and leadership easier by helping teams build stronger, more effective working relationships. The process starts with individuals discovering their unique CliftonStrengths talent themes and continues with practical tools and strategies that support strong leadership and teamwork. CliftonStrengths gives each person a vocabulary to clearly describe their unique contributions, and helps teams better understand how individuals work, communicate and lead.
This interactive workshop combines guided instruction, hands-on activities and team exercises designed to support individual growth and leadership effectiveness. Participants will gain tools to increase self-awareness, improve engagement and boost job satisfaction, while also exploring how personality influences work styles and leadership approaches.
SMACNA-Western Washington is pleased to offer specialized Foreman Upgrade Training. This training aligns with the terms outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and supports professional development for Foremen and Lead Foremen in our industry.
Upon annual completion of sixteen (16) hours of continuing education certified by the JATC, eligible foremen may increase their wage to 12.5% and lead foremen may increase their wage to 17.5%. Please email admin@smacnaww.org for a copy of the full policy.
