Personal productivity starts with effective self-management. Attendees will explore practical habits and time-management techniques designed to help make the most of your day. Through a guided self-analysis exercise, you’ll gain insight into how you currently spend your time — and how to prioritize to improve work-life balance.
SMACNA-Western Washington is pleased to offer specialized Foreman Upgrade Training, a 12-part series scheduled monthly throughout 2025. This training aligns with the terms outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and supports professional development for Foremen and Lead Foremen in our industry.
Upon successful completion of the required 16 CTE hours, eligible foremen may increase their wage from 10% to 12.5% and lead foremen may increase their wage from 15% to 17.5%. Please email admin@smacnaww.org for a copy of the full policy.
